Orders cannot be cancelled once the customer has received the order confirmation email.

Veganologie will accept returns on all products within 14 days of you receiving your item. If your item is damaged upon delivery, we need to be notified within 14 days of you receiving your item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the product and for arranging the shipment with the carrier of their choice

The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with this shipment. Any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final refund.

REFUNDS:
If you are returning an item from UAE, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you are returning an item from outside UAE, we will offer you a store credit note, which can be used on our online store within 90 days.

PLEASE NOTE: An additional $5 (USD) will be deducted from any refunds as Admin Fee.

FINAL SALE:
If an item is bought on sale, it is considered a final sale.

DISCOUNT CODES:

Our system honours one discount at a time. If you already have a discount code in your care, you won’t have the option of adding an additional one. Once you remove it, the discount bar will reappear for you to use another discount code.

Our Welcome Code (WELCV10) is NOT applicable during sitewide promotions. "WELCV10" is only applicable when the site is not having any ongoing promotions.

If you are returning an order that includes a complimentary item, that item is required to be sent back with the entire order. If it is not included in the returned order, the retail price of the complimentary item will be deducted from the total amount refunded or credited. 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Please email us at info@veganologie.com with your concerns and share images of the issues related to your product.
  2. Once we have confirmed a return/exchange is possible, please pack the product(s) in their original dust bag and ship the package out within 14 days of delivery receipt with a carrier of your choice
  3. Once the return has been shipped out, please email info@veganologie.com with an update to provide us with your full name, order number, email address, shipping carrier and tracking number.
  4. Track the package to ensure that there are no delays or delivery failures.
  5. Please continue to check the tracking information and keep an eye out for any delays/delivery failures and/or customs. We will only refund packages that are successfully delivered. Failed deliveries that are caused due to outstanding duties, taxes and fees will not be refunded.
  6. Once we have received your item, our Operations team will do a thorough check of the product before issuing the refund. 
  7. If the Operations team notices any damages or dents, full refund may not be possible. Our team will communicate with you via email for such matters. 
  8. If we are processing a refund, please allow for approximately thirty (30) days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement.
  9. We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally

 

EXCHANGES

  1. Please email us with your concern and share images of the issues related to your product
  2. Once we have confirmed an exchange is possible, please pack the product(s) in their original packaging (dust bag and/or tissue paper) and ship the package out within 14 days of delivery receipt
  3. Please note that you will have to create a return label from your desired courier service so that we can ship your Exchange item back to you. Should you need assistance with this, please let us know
  4. Once the item has been shipped out, please email info@veganologie.com with an update to provide us with your full name, order number, email address, shipping carrier and tracking number
  5. Track the package to ensure that there are no delays or delivery failures
  6. Please continue to check the tracking information and keep an eye out for any delays/delivery failures and/or customs. Failed deliveries that are caused due to outstanding duties, taxes and fees will not be refunded
  7. Please note that the customer is in charge of the pick-up and delivery charges for the Exchange process
  8. Once we have received your item, our Operations team will do a thorough check before shipping the Exchanged item back to you. 
  9. You will get a confirmation via email once we have confirmed the returned item before shipping the Exchanged item.
