We ship everywhere and offer free worldwide shipping for orders above USD100. Your orders are carefully packed in our 100% recycled parcels and will be delivered to you safely.

    Please note: Once the package leaves our office, it is in the hands of the courier service. If you experience any problems during transit, please contact the shipper immediately. If the package is not delivered to the customer due to incorrect address, Veganologie is not held responsible and will not be able to offer a refund. If a package is lost in transit, Veganologie is unable to refund the customer for the purchase, however, we will do our best in assisting the customer in tracking the package.

    Finally, by making a purchase with us, you agree that Veganologie will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed package that may happen during shipment.
